This assessment, along with my coaching and guidance, will enable you to understand your strengths and development areas and shed light on any blind spots you may have so that you can more easily figure out the best way for you to grow and thrive as a person, as a professional, and as a leader.

We each make decisions in these three ways, but we tend to develop a preference for one of these over the other two and this becomes part of our unconscious conditioning, affecting the decisions we make on a daily basis and shaping our perceptions of ourselves and the world around us.
This index shows us what your preferences are and what levels you tend to use each of these decision making and cognitive styles and helps you understand your own way of thinking.
This measures 4 dimensions of your behavior:
Decisive - Your preference for problem solving and getting results.
Interactive - Your preference for interacting with others and showing emotion.
Stability - Your preference for pacing, persistence, and steadiness.
Cautious - Your preference for analysis, procedures, standards, and protocols.
The DISC index is the most valid and reliable psychometric measure of behavior styles. It shows your natural preferred behavioral style as well as the behavior style you've currently adapted in your personal and/or professional life.
Understanding your own behavioral tendencies also helps in developing your understanding of the behavior of others, how to communicate more effectively, and collaborate more harmoniously.
This report measures seven dimensions of motivation:
Aesthetic – a drive for balance, harmony and form.
Economic – a drive for economic or practical returns.
Individualistic – a drive to stand out as independent and unique.
Political – a drive to be in control or have influence.
Altruistic – a drive for humanitarian efforts or to help others altruistically.
Regulatory – a drive to establish order, routine and structure.
Theoretical – a drive for knowledge, learning and understanding.
This assessment helps you to understand your biggest motivators, what is least and most effective in driving you to action with passion.
